TREE FUND ESTABLISHED

 The International Society of Arboriculture Research Trust and the National Arborist Foundation have merged to form the Tree Research & Education Endowment Fund (TREE Fund).  The fund will provide grants for research on trees and tree care and will also offer college scholarships. Education programs, including the development of materials for schools and the public are under consideration. The TREE Fund will raise funds through special events, including the annual Tour des Trees.
